1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ZeoPDF, operated by Zeonix Global Pvt. Ltd.

By accessing or using ZeoPDF, creating an account, uploading a document, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use ZeoPDF.

2. About ZeoPDF

ZeoPDF is an online software platform providing tools for working with PDF documents, including, depending on the plan and features available:

PDF editing;
PDF merging;
PDF splitting;
PDF compression;
PDF conversion;
PDF extraction;
OCR;
document manipulation;
AI-powered document processing;
AI-assisted editing;
document analysis; and
other PDF-related functionality.

Features may be added, modified, suspended or discontinued from time to time.

3. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you use ZeoPDF on behalf of an organization, company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. User Account

Certain features may require an account.

You are responsible for:

providing accurate information;
maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials;
protecting access to your account;
all activities conducted through your account; and
notifying us of unauthorized account access.

You must not:

share your account where prohibited by your subscription;
impersonate another person;
create accounts for fraudulent purposes;
circumvent account or usage restrictions; or
attempt to obtain unauthorized access to another account.

5. Uploaded Documents

You retain ownership of documents and content you upload to ZeoPDF.

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

you own the content or have sufficient rights to use it;
you have the necessary authorization to upload and process it;
processing the content does not violate applicable law;
processing does not infringe another person's intellectual property rights; and
you are responsible for any confidential or personal information contained in the document.

You grant ZeoPDF a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to host, copy, transmit, process and technically modify your content only as reasonably necessary to provide the services you request, including AI-powered processing.

6. AI-Powered Features

Some ZeoPDF functionality uses artificial intelligence.

AI-generated or AI-assisted results may not always be accurate, complete or suitable for your particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated results before relying upon them.

ZeoPDF does not guarantee that:

AI output will be error-free;
AI processing will preserve every aspect of an original document;
OCR will recognize every character correctly;
AI-generated modifications will be legally or factually correct; or
AI output will be suitable for any particular professional, legal, financial, medical or business purpose.

You should independently verify important documents and AI-generated results before using or distributing them.

7. Prohibited Uses

You must not use ZeoPDF to:

violate applicable law;
infringe intellectual property rights;
distribute malware;
facilitate fraud;
impersonate another person;
process documents without required authorization;
interfere with ZeoPDF infrastructure;
attempt unauthorized access;
bypass security controls;
reverse engineer the service except where expressly permitted by applicable law;
abuse automated access mechanisms;
overload or disrupt the service;
upload malicious files;
use the service for unlawful surveillance; or
otherwise misuse the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

8. Subscription Plans

ZeoPDF may offer free and/or paid subscription plans.

Each plan may have different:

features;
usage limits;
storage limits;
AI credits;
processing limits;
file-size limits;
document limits;
retention periods; and
pricing.

The applicable plan details presented at the time of purchase form part of your subscription arrangement.

9. AI Credits and Usage

Certain AI-powered functions may consume credits or usage units.

Where applicable:

credits may be allocated according to your subscription;
different operations may consume different numbers of credits;
unused credits may expire according to the applicable plan;
additional credits may be purchased where offered; and
credit consumption may be subject to reasonable usage controls.

The applicable pricing and credit rules displayed on ZeoPDF shall apply.

10. Payments

Paid subscriptions may be billed:

monthly;
annually; or
according to another billing cycle presented during purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

By purchasing a paid service, you authorize the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.

11. Renewal

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their billing period.

You may cancel future renewal through the account controls made available by ZeoPDF or by contacting support.

Cancellation of renewal does not necessarily result in an immediate refund for the current billing period.

12. Refunds

Refund eligibility shall be governed by the refund terms displayed at the time of purchase and applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law, payments may be non-refundable once a paid subscription period or applicable service has commenced.

Where required by applicable law, statutory consumer rights will prevail.

13. Intellectual Property

ZeoPDF, including its:

software;
source code;
interfaces;
designs;
logos;
trademarks;
branding;
documentation;
databases;
workflows;
AI systems;
technology; and
other proprietary materials

are owned by or licensed to Zeonix Global and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit ZeoPDF or its proprietary components.

14. User Content

You retain your rights in content that you upload.

ZeoPDF does not acquire ownership of your documents merely because you use the service.

However, you acknowledge that technical processing may require:

temporary storage;
duplication;
transmission;
conversion;
extraction;
rendering;
AI processing; and
modification of your documents.

15. Third-Party Services

ZeoPDF may depend upon third-party services, including:

cloud infrastructure;
AI providers;
OCR services;
payment gateways;
authentication providers;
analytics providers; and
other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

ZeoPDF is not responsible for failures or changes to third-party services outside our reasonable control.

16. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that ZeoPDF will:

always be available;
operate without interruption;
be completely error-free;
process every document successfully;
support every file format;
maintain every feature indefinitely; or
be compatible with every device or browser.

Maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, infrastructure failures and circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect availability.

17. Document Processing Disclaimer

PDF processing may result in changes to:

formatting;
fonts;
images;
hyperlinks;
metadata;
document structure;
annotations;
embedded content;
signatures;
forms; or
other document elements.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate original copies of important documents.

ZeoPDF should not be treated as the sole repository for critical or irreplaceable documents.

18. Electronic Signatures and Legal Documents

Unless expressly stated otherwise, ZeoPDF is a document-processing service and does not independently certify that a document, signature, modification or output is legally valid in any particular jurisdiction.

You are responsible for determining whether a processed document satisfies the legal, regulatory, evidentiary or contractual requirements applicable to your use case.

19. Confidentiality

We will handle information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You remain responsible for determining whether uploading confidential, privileged, regulated or sensitive information to ZeoPDF is appropriate for your circumstances.

20. Security

You must not attempt to compromise or circumvent ZeoPDF's security.

This includes attempting to:

gain unauthorized access;
exploit vulnerabilities;
bypass authentication;
access another user's documents;
reverse engineer security mechanisms;
introduce malicious software; or
interfere with service infrastructure.

21. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe that:

you violated these Terms;
your use creates a security risk;
your use violates applicable law;
fraudulent activity is suspected;
payment obligations remain unpaid;
you abuse the service; or
continued access may harm Zeonix Global, other users or the service.

You may stop using ZeoPDF at any time.

22. Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

your right to access ZeoPDF may cease;
access to stored documents may become unavailable;
outstanding payment obligations may remain payable; and
provisions intended to survive termination will continue to apply.

Where applicable, documents will be deleted in accordance with our retention practices and Privacy Policy, subject to legal or security requirements.

23. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZeoPDF is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the service will satisfy every user's requirements or that processing results will always be accurate, complete or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeonix Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from your use of ZeoPDF.

This may include loss of:

profits;
revenue;
business;
data;
goodwill;
opportunity; or
anticipated savings.

Where permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Zeonix Global arising from the service shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you to Zeonix Global for the relevant ZeoPDF service during the applicable period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

25. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zeonix Global and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from:

your violation of these Terms;
your unlawful use of ZeoPDF;
infringement of third-party rights;
unauthorized documents uploaded by you; or
misuse of the service.

26. Changes to the Service

We may modify:

features;
pricing;
plans;
usage limits;
AI functionality;
supported formats;
infrastructure;
interfaces; or
other aspects of ZeoPDF.

Where required, material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels.

27. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated Terms will be posted on the ZeoPDF website with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of ZeoPDF after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

28. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights applicable to users in their jurisdiction.

29. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or ZeoPDF shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith discussions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the applicable courts and dispute-resolution mechanisms having jurisdiction over [City, State, India], subject to applicable law.
